The ChirpE Native Mobile Apps offer event participants access to event information while on the go. Attendees can access exhibitor, session, and special event information, and much more, at any moment.
An additional mobile app tool offered to event organizers is the Buzz feature which allows show managers to push notifications to attendees’ mobile phones. For example, if you want to remind attendees that the keynote is about to start or to let attendees know that there has been a last minute schedule change and session 101 is now located in room 240 you can send a Buzz alert about it.
The possibilities do not end there. You may have a special exhibitor that is giving away a car on the show floor that you want your attendees to know about, or maybe your standing room only session has one seat left for the lucky person who makes it there first. Below are examples showing just a few ways that our clients have utilized the buzz feature.
The Buzz feature gives show managers a means that they may not have had before. Aside from a loud speaker announcement, this may be the easiest way to send a message to the masses in real-time. Your buzz announcements can also be targeted to specific groups of attendees, offering you more options than communication through Twitter. In addition, the Buzz feature extends your connection with your audience to a real-time, phone-to-phone relationship (in these days that’s pretty much a personal connection), building and strengthening your attendee relationship.
