Online Booth Listings – A “new-found” revenue for event organizers, this is currently the fastest growing segment for event organizers. Exhibitors can get greater exposure to buyers with upgraded listings that include products, press releases, show specials and yes….VIDEO! The best part of this upsell is that there is no effort involved for event management to fulfill these items. (In a2z the exhibitor can purchase and manage these on their own.) Event organizers can set up multilevel pricing ranging between $500 to $2,500 per exhibitor upgrade.
Mobile Apps – With over 80% of attendees using smart phones, tablets, etc…. mobile apps are no longer a luxury…they are a necessity! Event organizers now recognize the importance of having an app for their show and sponsors are happy to pay a premium sponsorship fee to be featured in the app. Events not yet using an app by 2015 will be considered “old fashioned” as paper programs die off and technology takes over. We have seen sponsors pay anywhere from $5,000 to $25,000 to be the main sponsor of a mobile event app.
Kiosks – Touch screen kiosks are HOT right now and so are the sponsorship opportunities that come with them! Many shows are completely eliminating paper maps and setting up Mega Touch-Screen Kiosks at entrances to help attendees navigate the show floor and facility….. and Product Locator Kiosks throughout the show floor that assist attendees in locating exhibitors that may offer specific products or services they are looking for. Kiosks can offer multiple sponsor banner ads that will display and rotate on each kiosk with pricing ranging from $1,000 to $3,500 per banner.
Website Banner Ads – Exhibitors are FINALLY starting to understand that if they want to be found at your event, they need to be VISIBLE on your event website! Banner ads are a great way for exhibitors to be seen by attendees and get noticed. They can be placed almost anywhere on your website, linked to any exhibitor or sponsor, and tracked for reporting. Depending on the location of the banner ad, we are seeing pricing ranging from $500 to $5,000 each.
