In an effort to constantly evolve and improve our products, we surveyed attendee groups that had used the ChirpE Mobile Solution at two recent events. We were interested in learning how easy they found the app was to navigate, what features they used the most, how satisfied they were with the app overall and if the app made them more productive.
The results were extremely positive and we were pleased to see that the ChirpE Mobile Solution provides real value to users. Below are a few highlights from the surveys that we conducted with the NADA 2014 and HEALTHCON 2014 mobile app users.
In addition, we found that users liked receiving automatic event dates via the buzz feature and found the option to download session handouts directly on their phone very useful.
We welcome additional feedback from all of our users and look forward to continuing to improve our products to meet the real needs of the user.
