The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) recently shared with us an infographic that their creative department developed to explain the online booth selection process for their Annual Conference. We love how clearly it explains each step of the process. It even takes the exhibitor through updating their online profile and choosing advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
We sometimes have clients tell us, “My exhibitors are not ready for this online process.” A step-by-step diagram like this can help to walk exhibitors through a new process and reduce the anxiety and fear associated with change. It can also be used throughout the sales process to guide exhibitors through each necessary step and important activity.
