a2z offers clients the ability to allow exhibitors to add “enhanced” content to an exhibitor’s online eBooth. We call these enhanced eBooths – Platinum Listings, Gold Listings, and Silver Listings. The enhanced content includes product images and descriptions, company or product videos, press releases, show specials, a company logo, and additional searchable product categories. A basic listing usually includes general company information, a website link, and a few product categories. Attendees view exhibitors’ eBooths from the interactive floor plan or exhibitor list prior to and during the event in order to find the exhibitors that they want to visit while onsite.
An enhanced eBooth can greatly increase the exposure a company gets for their products and services. The graph below, taken from the monthly report for an upcoming event, is a great visual example of the power of this enhanced interactive content. Exhibitors with Platinum eBooth listings have received 9 times more views on an average than those with basic listing.

The investment required for an enhanced listing is usually very attainable for most exhibitors and it offers a one-of-a-kind way to engage with attendees before, during, and after an event. The enhanced eBooth content can easily and quickly be uploaded through the exhibitor console. It requires no technical or design skills to add this valuable content.
