Does your trade show have variable booth rates based on booth types? If yes, you may occasionally be contacted by exhibitors with questions on what exactly does a particular booth type imply as far as their physical booth and location on the show floor are concerned.
We’d like to share a smart graphic that the National Trade Productions (NTP) team created to quickly explain the four booth types available to prospective exhibitors.
NTP makes this graphic available on the Online Exhibits Contract screen in the event website so that their audience can click and view before making a decision on which booth to reserve for their company.
This is what Jackie Hawkins, Sales & Event Services Representative with NTP shared with us in an email: “We just wanted potential exhibitors to be able to help themselves, without having to call in with questions. It’s a practice in good customer service. We work on shows across several different industries and not all of our exhibitors frequent trade shows (or have even been to one before!). We saw how someone not familiar with trade shows and the jargon might be confused by what an “inline booth” is, for example, so we decided to give them the answer before they even thought to have to ask the question.”
Does your team have a solution to quickly explain the available booth types to your exhibitors? If yes, we’d love to see more examples!
