In Part 1 of this series, we reviewed how the a2z-powered responsive event website, along with dynamic expo search and networking features, enable attendees to plan ahead and ensure a successful participation. In this article, let’s take a look at some other ways in which attendees are served with your a2z solution.
Conference Search & Planning
Using a2z’s admin solution, conference organizers publish the complete schedule, including session titles, descriptions and associated tracks on the event website. These are available to attendees in real time as soon as published, along with powerful keyword and advanced search features, on the event website. The attendees are also able to view and learn more about the sponsors for individual sessions. They can bookmark and download all their favorite and registered sessions along with their notes in PDF format or export to their personal calendars.
Speaker Profiles, Session QA & Handouts
Within the event website, attendees get access to an interactive speaker gallery, where they can access each speaker’s bio and sessions, along with any handouts that they may have uploaded to provide additional information on their session topics. They also get the option to ask questions during the sessions and get answers from the speakers right away. These features make the entire conference attending experience streamlined and productive for the attendees.
Speaker Promotion Widget
The recently launched speaker promotion widget now enables current and prospective attendees to get early notification about a speaker’s upcoming participation in the event on the speaker’s website and/or blog.
