Each expo or conference is unique in its own way. Some events have a large, multi-day format while others may be less expansive. Whatever the case may be, the ChirpE mobile app has all the necessary features to help attendees navigate the event, plan their conference schedule, schedule meetings, and maximize their time on the show floor.
Attendees at the Orgill Fall Dealer Market – an expo that gives retailers the opportunity to meet more than 1,000 different vendors– used the event’s ChirpE mobile app most to search and find exhibitors. The Exhibitors and Maps features proved to be useful tools in navigating the show floor and helping attendees visit their favorite booths, evidenced by the 42,794 screen views. The American Railway Engineering and Maintenance Association’s (AREMA) 2016 Annual Conference and Exhibition provided attendees with learning opportunities by holding a large number of education sessions. Among the many ChirpE mobile app features, attendees found that the Schedule and Speakers features were the most helpful in finding speakers they are interested in hearing and identifying the sessions where they are speaking.
Attendees viewed the schedule and speaker screens a total of 87,727 times, while also making 8,373 additions to their planner. As seen in the infographic below, other features in the app were also used actively as they planned for and participated in the event.
