Last month, the halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center were illuminated by thousands of digital communications and interactive displays as the annual Digital Signage Expo (DSE) got underway. Now in its 11th year, DSE attracts over 200 exhibitors and over 4,000 attendees from across the globe for several days of networking, education sessions, and industry discussion.
In order to further the experience of attendees, DSE offered a highly interactive mobile app solution, powered by ChirpE, offering participants mobile access to maps, session times and locations, and exclusive exhibitor information. Fifty-four percent (54%) of the event attendees downloaded the DSE 2015 mobile native app on the Apple® or Android® devices to access search and planning features. The app users made over 3,500 entries to their personalized expo plans, using the mobile app as an essential planning tool at the event.
