The accuracy of the data also enables them to get approval of all floor plans from the venue’s fire marshal as well as organize the signage throughout the venue.

Self-service in Global Admin
With a2z, show organizers are able to provide real-time data access to their Contractors instead of having to generate and send lists on a continuous basis. Smart access level management ensures that GSCs only access and view information that is relevant for their requirements. All the reports are available in a variety of output formats, such as HTML, ASCII, Excel, PDF and XML.
This configurable report displays detailed information regarding show floor booths. Contractors are able to search on a number of options including booth status and type.
Booth Change Log Report
This report allows the GSCs to review all the changes that have occurred in the booth inventory. They can pull this report by event, operator, and/or the date the change occurred.
Booth Cancellation Report
Show organizers can update GSCs on exhibitors who have cancelled their booths, anytime during the show cycle.
Move Exhibitors Report
Similarly, they can share a report for all exhibitors who have moved from one booth to another during a given time range.
Exhibitor Upgrade/Downgrade Report
This report enables show organizers to help GSCs easily identify exhibitors whose booth area may have changed due to upgrading or downgrading.
Download to AutoCAD
With an easy-to-install plugin, GSCs can download the most updated version and views of the online floor plan to directly into AutoCAD®, a feature which is always commended as a huge time saver and productivity booster.
