This page also provides exhibitors access to a dedicated a2z support email address to send their questions to. The exhibitors receive a response to their queries within 24 hours on business days. a2z recommends including this page in the exhibitors only section of the event website.
- Educate exhibitors via a live webinar
a2z offers a FREE live webinar to your exhibitors. An a2z team member will introduce the widget, demonstrate the steps for accessing the widget code and explain the benefits to the participants. In addition, s/he will answer exhibitors’ questions and provide them with tips on how to maximize their ROI from the widget. Record this webinar and embed the video on the event website for exhibitors to refer to subsequently.
- Promote in your e-newsletters
Exhibitor newsletters keep your exhibitors updated on important updates and deadlines. Promote the widget and boost adoption by including images, examples and quick steps in the newsletter. Include links to the Info page, overview video and the webinar recording.
- Leverage Social Media
a2z provides templates for tweets, as well as Facebook, Linkedin and blog posts. Make the most of these to reach out to your exhibitors. Be sure to include the event hashtag in your tweets. You could also consider including a blurb on any other online forum where your exhibitors are frequent visitors, for example the members section of the association website.
- Present in face to face meetings
Highlight the eBooth Promotion Widget as a free benefit while promoting sponsorship opportunities at exhibitor marketing and sales summits, or similar face to face meetings.
- At the time of on-site booth space selection
Promote the widget through stands and posters made available to prospective exhibitors while they wait for their turn to meet your sales team.
- Promote in printed material
Be sure to include information and links about the widget in the publications where exhibitors are the target audience. Some common examples are the pre-expo journal, trade show magazine, and exhibitor prospectus.
- Lead by example
If you have a booth (membership, publications, etc.) on the show floor, embed the widget for your booth in your event website and share with your exhibitors as an example of how their widget will appear to their website visitors.
- Reward exhibitors who are early adopters
Offer free or discounted upgrades to the early adopters to encourage a high number of exhibitors to embed the widget on their websites.
- After show promotion
Reward exhibitors whose widget resulted in most views or registrations by offering discounts on next year’s booking fee, sponsorship opportunities and upgrade packages.
