So many times our clients need to ask or track ‘just one more piece of information’ about their exhibitors. We see this done all the time in the using Custom Exhibitor Fields. This highly flexible piece of the a2zShow system can be used to track internal, external, searchable and required information.
The most common and useful examples off this feature are:
2.First Time Exhibitors
The client can set the rules around the field such as read-only (e.g. member status), searchable (through the online directory) and admin only (e.g first time exhibitor). The attendees can search on these values and see the details in the exhibitor’s online profiles.
For fields such as the member status example the exhibitor would see the question and the value (Yes/No) in their profile form but would not be able to edit it. If the show organizer decided to make this field visible on the public profile, the profile display to the attendees would also show this value.
Some other popular information that can be captured include(but are not limited to):
Demo in booth: Yes/No
Languages spoken on booth: Check all that apply
Green Products: Yes/No
Free Giveaway In booth: Yes/No
