Booth Space Application: Potential exhibitors can apply to exhibit in your show from your website. You can choose to allow them to see the floor plan and identify preferred spots on the floor, or you can simply accept their application to exhibit. That way you will not have to wait until your floor plan is finished to receive applications from interested exhibitors. You can also choose whether or not to collect a deposit when an exhibitor submits their application.
Consultative Booth Sales: Working in conjunction with one of your salespeople, both of you looking at the real-time, online floor plan, you can place a booth on reserve for the client and ask them to log into your website to confirm the booth space and pay their deposit. Acceptance in this manner is the equivalent of signing a contract. However, there is no need to fax paper copies back and forth or scan for record keeping. The contract acceptance is stored directly in a2z and is accessible via the company record and various reports.
