Smart event managers always want to know what exhibitors and attendees think about their events, sessions, lunches, etc. However, it is not always easy to capture and leverage positive feedback in a timely manner. Positive feedback is hard to come by even if your event was fantastic. Unless prompted specifically, people tend to not reflect on and share a great event experience as often as an unpleasant one. So, when you do receive favorable feedback, especially in digital form, share it with your larger audience right away to encourage others to share their happy experience as well.
For example, someone may provide a positive comment in a post-show survey or write a review of your event on a website. Capture this feedback and share it on your Twitter and Facebook pages to help build a positive opinion of your brand among your audiences. Below is an example showing how we shared a positive review for one of our mobile apps on Twitter and Facebook.
