SEMICON West draws more than 26,000 attendees to its annual event where over 700 exhibitors showcase their latest micro and nano-electronics products and services. SEMICON West show management turned to a2z for a solution that would help them to engage this hi-tech attendee base. One of the pieces to this solution was the Attendee Acquisition Widget (AAW) which empowered their exhibitors to easily increase awareness about SEMICON West on their own company websites. In addition, the Widget offered a one stop shop for attendees and potential attendees to visit the exhibitor’s eBooth, add the exhibitor to a personal favorite list, and visit the SEMICON West official website and registration page.
In total, the Widget was seen on exhibitors’ websites over 186,000 times and was clicked on nearly 800 times. 14% of the exhibitors utilized the free Widget and as a result were added to attendees’ Expo Plans, ensuring that they were not missed on the large show floor. Exhibitors could track the leads generated from the Attendee Acquisition Widget from their real-time dashboards.
