In case you’re not aware, a2z has a module for managing these contractors in the a2z system. In fact, you can do it from Global Admin if you have your exhibitors notify you directly; or you can put the power in your exhibitors’ hands to designate their contractors from the exhibitor console in the a2zShow-powered website.
This module has proven very handy for organizations that collect insurance forms, or sometimes fees, for EDC/EAC companies. Show managers can also easily track vendors that will be working with exhibitors by generating related reports from Global Admin. These reports are often given to the security personnel for tracking pre- & post- site admission to the show floor on show site.
