The search and planning features on your a2zShow event website and ChirpE Mobile App enable you to take your attendees’ experience to the next level. Encouraging attendees to use these tools also brings more exposure to your exhibitors. Educating your attendees about these tools does not have to be a daunting task. We have several tutorial videos that we encourage you to share with your attendees.
To get your attendees started on using the tools offered begin by directing them to your exhibitor list and interactive floor plan. The following snippets can be included in your attendee newsletters to help with the use of these online tools.
a2zShow Event Website
Search the exhibitor list by keyword or product category. Click on an exhibitor’s name to view the exhibitors’ eBooth for complete company and product details. Click on the star icon to add the exhibitors you want to meet onsite to your favorites list in your Expo Plan.
Interactive Floor Plan
The interactive floor plan offers you search and planning tools to make your visit to the show more productive. Search the map by exhibitor name, keyword or product category. See your search results on the map indicated with green icons. Click on the star beside exhibitors you want to visit onsite and they will be added to your expo plan. Click on exhibitors’ booths for complete company and product details.
Click on the Login text in the top right corner of the floor plan to create a profile. Once logged in, you can save a list of your favorite exhibitors to your My Expo Plan so that they are accessible from any device in real-time.
