As we begin to wind down for the last weeks of the year many of us start looking toward 2018. While we always want to look forward to what’s next, new, and exciting, let’s take a moment to celebrate the noteworthy achievements of the past twelve months.
Below is a recap of just some of the new features and enhancements we’ve introduced in a2z’s event management and marketing solution in 2017.
Extended Payment Gateway Support
Vantiv, a leading credit card processor and POS solution system, can now be used as a payment gateway with the a2zShow Financial Management Module.
Prospects can browse and search sponsorship offerings for your event without ever having to log in. Listings are updated dynamically to reflect low inventory warnings and sold out opportunities.
Premium Digital Packages
Give your exhibitors the power to put their best foot forward by adding Products, Press Release, Show Specials, and Videos to their eBooth Microsites AND let them see the ROI for themselves in the form of Exhibitor Leads listings. Logged in users who have viewed or favorited their profiles will be captured and listed as leads, making the value of their extended eBooth listing immediately apparent.
Extended Email Configurations
Support has been added to Event Configuration for Sponsorship, Contract, and Finance Managers to ensure that the proper admin team members are copied on, or reflected in the ‘From’ line, for exhibitor communications.
Exhibitor and Speaker Portal
Increased messaging support has been added to extend the capability to communicate with and guide exhibitors and speakers in the right direction. Talk to your Project Manager about including new sections for additional info, links out to general service contractors, registration vendors, hotel info, and more.
Template and Reporting Enhancements
We’ve added a number of new merge and reporting fields to our communication templates and reports to allow you to share and assess critical data.
Working closely with our Attendee/Exhibitor Support team this year, we’ve gathered meaningful data around where exhibitors, attendees, and speakers draw the most value from your event site and how to best guide them through their planning experiences. We’ve added additional flexibility to get users where they need to go and keep them engaged and informed when they land there.
While all pages passing sensitive financial information were previously behind HTTPS, as part of the efforts to keep your websites current with browser security protocols we began an effort to convert all a2z-powered websites to use HTTPS. In April 2017, we placed all Global Admins sites behind HTTPS. Beginning September 21, 2017, all newly deployed event sites are configured to use HTTPS on all pages.
